If you submit an event or catering inquiry, we may also collect the event date, location, guest count, budget range, and details you choose to share, including dietary requests.

When you use the website, our hosting and technical service providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested. Payment information is processed through Stripe. We receive information needed to confirm and manage a payment, but payment card details are handled by the payment provider.

We use personal information to create and maintain accounts; process payments and orders; prepare and deliver food; respond to questions and inquiries; provide quotes and customer support; operate and protect the website; and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. We may send service messages about an order or account. We send promotional messages only where permitted by law, and you can opt out of promotional emails using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

We share information with providers that help us operate the business, such as website hosting, payment processing, communications, and delivery services, as needed for their work. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Third-party sites and payment services have their own privacy practices.

The website uses functional cookies from our sign-in provider to keep you signed in to your account, and stores your shopping cart locally in your browser (not as a cookie) so it's there when you return. We also keep a lightweight, first-party log of which pages are visited and which link referred you, without cookies, advertising trackers, or IP addresses, to understand site traffic. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may let you limit cookies, although some site functions — like staying signed in — may then stop working.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing bychefj@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained for orders, legal obligations, or legitimate business records. You may also contact us to change your communication preferences.
